One key point to remember (that wasn't elaborated on in the video) is that for KEY WORDS of a sentence, the tones tend be pronounced clearly/accurately even in FAST native speech. For learners of Mandarin, this point is extremely relevant as it implies that as long as you get the tones right on the words that carry the main meaning of the utterance, you can often get away with making quite a few tone mistakes on other words and still be understood. I appreciate you taking the time to watch and share your thoughts!
